Wedding Coordination


• Unlimited calls and emails in regard to wedding details


One Month Prior to Wedding Day:

• Walk through of venue to finalize layout
• Detailed timeline of all wedding day activities, music, and decor
• Finalization call/meeting to review all details of wedding (guest count, vendors, etc) and confirm any last-minute changes
• Distribution and detailed review of final details to vendors and essential personnel

Wedding Week Coordination:


• Review of final timeline, layout, decor, etc.

• Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal


Day of Wedding:


• Decorating the ceremony and reception space with finalized décor

• Managing vendors arrival and setup

• Overseeing wedding party getting ready

• Having Wedding Emergency Kit readily available

• Executing timeliness of schedule and transitions

• Serving as the "personal assistant" to the couple

• Communicating with vendors throughout the entire wedding

• Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings

• Distribute final payment(s)/gratuities to vendors at end of contract

• Handling any surprises
