We provide comprehensive wedding planning services that include budget management, vendor selection, and creative design, ensuring that your special day is everything you imagined it would be. Full Wedding Planning

$8000 or 10% of total wedding cost

Complimentary initial consultation to discuss your dream wedding scenario, set expectations, and discuss budget​

  • Introductory meeting to get familiar with each other and your wedding vision

  • Unlimited consultation and coordination hours throughout the entire planning process

  • Monthly check-ins on all wedding details 

  • Research and pre-screen all vendors within client expectations and budget, contract negotiations, attend vendor appointments, and continued communication with chosen vendors

  • Development of detailed wedding design, sourcing, and execution 

  • Oversight of wedding stationary (save-the-dates, invitations, menus, etc) to ensure seamless design

  • Review wedding website for design and necessary information

  • Monthly budget review

  • Hotel room block coordination

  • Determine contingency plan (rain plan)

6 to 8 Weeks Prior to Wedding Day

  • Development of detailed wedding day timeline

  • Ceremony and reception layout created using design software for scale

  • Final walk through of venue(s) 

  • Distribution and review of wedding information with all vendors 

  • Adjustment of rental order based on final guest count

Wedding Week

  • Review of any last minute details

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

Wedding Day

  • One coordination team member to assist the main wedding planner

  • Decorating the ceremony and reception space with finalized décor

  • Managing vendors arrival and setup

  • Overseeing wedding party getting ready

  • Having Wedding Emergency Kit readily available

  • Executing timeliness of schedule and transitions

  • Tending to the couple to ensure their needs are met

  • Communicating with vendors throughout the entire wedding

  • Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings

  • Distribute final payment(s)/gratuities to vendors at end of contract

  • Handling any surprises
